I operate 5 websites and blog daily on internet marketing, new customer development, and innovation, creativity, and inspiration.

This month of September 2010 I will hit over 10,000 visitors who read over 70,000 pages and download 25 to 30 E Books a day.

My sites are on page on Google for many keyword phrases and I also have blogs and E Books that have risen to page one Google.

Innovation is the new capital and most people and organizations have difficulty creating enough inspirational or innovative ideas.

Both the individual and the organization have to create the environment for new ideas to flow.

I have always enjoyed public speaking. When I was in real estate I conducted meetings weekly for 70 100 top agents in the Brentwood and Beverly Hills Markets of Los Angeles for twelve years. I also spoke at company wide meetings for our 2400 associates. My meetings usually covered technical or inspirational topics.

I also wrote a book on marketing and spoke at professional associations and corporations on personal and company marketing. My books sold for $15 and usually sold well after each speaking engagement.

Your audience can read inspirational materials but nothing delivers the message like up front and personal. I like to get audiences engaged with questions and hot topics. Getting the audience to nod in agreement with major points allows me to create valuable and useful conclusions that most say they will act upon.
