Applying self discipline and controlling your mind’s natural tendency to sabotage all good things leads to progress and achievement. While adding good behaviors, you start taking away destructive or distracting behaviors. Engaging in activities that drain the mind or energy and don’t contribute to creativity can leave us tired and depressed.
