Learning to Surf in Life

It so happens I am learning to surf again. I live at the beach. Each morning I go out and get pounded by the waves as I paddle out to the right spot. Then I get tossed again as I stand up to ride a wave, then I have to paddle out again.
It seems just like this new business enterprise I am starting. If I didn’t have a passion for each I wouldn’t do either. I am not just motivated, I am inspired. I want each to be a part of my life and I am not thinking of a big goal or a monetary reward.
I am going to do these because it’s me. I want to wake up in the mornings and go out and surf before my day begins. I want to engage in the business of helping business get more customers because it is the most satisfying thing I can thing of in business for me.
Getting tossed about can be pretty natural. I could go get a $12 an hour job that would be smooth sailing but I would never have much of a ride. I would just be paddling all day.
We have choices.
